This Services & Data Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Cities Project Global Foundation Inc., a not-for-profit organization incorporated in Georgia, USA (“CPG”) and the person identified on the registration page as a Participant in a cohort of the Leadership Circle (“Participant” or “Me” or “My” or “I”). The Effective Date of this Agreement is the date I check the box indicating my acceptance of this Agreement.
PARTICIPANT
I agree to the terms and conditions under which CPG is willing to provide Me from time to time with access to, and use of, CPG intellectual property, including educational materials for use in the Flourishing Cities educational curriculum, as well as various CPG trademarks and service, all of which are defined in the Services & Data Agreement Details (“Details”).
REASONS FOR THIS AGREEMENT
I understand that the mission of CPG is to awaken, equip and unleash leaders to live as upright citizens in God’s kingdom. I am willingly participating in a cohort of the Leadership Circle to further understand my role as an upright citizen of God’s kingdom and CPG’s transformational education process. I agree to maintain CPG’s mission during my participation. I further agree to help support CPG’s mission by abiding by the requirements for use of its services and data as described in Details.
TERM & TERMINATION
The term of this Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and may be terminated by CPG or Me at any time by giving written notice to the other party. At termination I agree to promptly return to CPG all copies of Information and Derivative Information in any media in My possession and all materials in any media in My possession that contain or bear any Mark, provided that My obligations and responsibilities with respect to Information and Marks shall not terminate.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia and constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof, and replaces and supersedes all other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. The terms of this Agreement shall not be modified except by an agreement in writing signed by the parties hereto. No waiver by either party of a breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver by such party of a subsequent breach or default of a like or similar nature

GRANT
I consent to the video and/or audio recording of my image, statements, and the still photography of my image and grant to Cities Project Global Foundation, Inc (“CPG”) and CPG’s assigns, licensees, and successors the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, and repurpose all or a portion of the recordings and images, for any non-commercial ministry-related purpose CPG deems appropriate
I grant the right to use my image and name in connection with all uses of the video or audio recording and waive the right to inspect or approve use of my presentation as incorporated in the Work.
RELEASE
I release CPG and CPG’s assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the video or audio recording or photographs including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the Work. CPG is not obligated to utilize the rights granted in this Agreement. I have read and understood this agreement and I am over the age of 18. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
