Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide when you:

• Submit a contact, partnership, Leadership Circle, or other inquiry form
• Join our email newsletter or waitlist
• Chat with the assistant on our website
• Agree to receive text messages from us
• Register for a program or cohort
• Make a donation or pay Leadership Circle tuition (card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers)

Typical fields include name, email address, city or country, organization, and the message or preferences you share. We may also receive basic technical data such as browser type, device, and pages visited when needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiries and partnership requests
• Administer programs (for example Leadership Circle and VantagePoint™)
• Send newsletters or updates you requested (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• Process and acknowledge donations and tax receipts
• Improve our website, content, and community experience
• Meet legal, accounting, and nonprofit compliance duties

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to operate this website and our ministry communications. Depending on how you engage with us, that may include Stripe (payments and donations), Zeffy (legacy donation forms), Resend (email delivery and our contact list), HighLevel (contact management and text messages), Supabase (secure data storage), Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics), Google Analytics (aggregate site usage), and Bonfire (the website chat assistant). These providers process data only as needed to perform services for CPG and are expected to protect it appropriately.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for basic functionality (for example secure checkout and signed-in admin tools). We also use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as which pages are visited. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send program updates and reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate, with local Leadership Circle organizers when relevant to a cohort inquiry you submit, or when required by law. We do not display third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdSense) on this website.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, for program records, donor stewardship, and legal or accounting requirements—then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or ask to be removed from marketing emails, by contacting info@citiesprojectglobal.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

Our programs and website are directed to adults and marketplace leaders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
